Support Local Businesses

We’ve been out and about today to chat to members and there are many businesses providing alternative ways to shop and support local, in addition to the fantastic community support on offer from many. Here are just a few options in and around the town; if you know of any others, please feel free to comment / share.

Nairn County Football Club is offering help to self-isolators on a Saturday, be it picking up shopping or walking the dog, they are there to help.

Clarks of Nairn can deliver carpet and curtain sample books to anyone that is looking to improve their home. They can even leave at the door, no need to be in close proximity, just get in touch with them to organise.

Nairn Picture Framing & Gallery will deliver any local orders which are ready to be picked up, should anyone be in self-isolation or not wish to venture out. Give them a call.

Crafty Wee Birdie Gift Shop are offering deliveries for orders over £10.

M&Co. have updated their opening hours to 9.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Saturday and you can still order online with their click and collect service.

112 On the Brae are offering delivery services for cake and wine!

Sky Delights are offering a weekly eco delivery service (via push bike or shopping trolley).

The Classroom are offering a home delivery service – choose from their menu online.

And on a national level, The National Trust for Scotland are keeping many of their gardens and parks open for free during this time, so that you can find fresh, green & clean space to relax and rejuvenate (please note castles, houses, cafes & shops will close from 20 March).
